Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
